We prefer high-resolution black-and-white PNG, SVG, or PDF files. Vector files are ideal. If you’re unsure, send what you have and we’ll let you know if it works.
❓ How long does it take to receive my order?
Most orders ship within 3–5 business days. Bulk or custom designs may take longer depending on complexity. If you’re in a rush, let us know — we’ll do our best to accommodate!
❓ Do you offer bulk or wholesale pricing?
Yes! We offer discounts for large or corporate orders, especially for coasters, ornaments, and stamps. Reach out for a custom quote.
❓ What materials do you use?
We use high-quality, sustainable hardwoods like walnut, maple, and cherry. All items are engraved or cut using precision laser equipment in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
❓ Can I preview my custom design before it’s made?
Absolutely. We’ll send a proof upon request, or if we need to verify logo clarity. Nothing gets made until it’s approved by you.
❓ What if my item arrives damaged?
We carefully package everything, but if something breaks in transit, contact us right away with a photo and we will make it right!
❓ Can I include a gift message or custom note?
Yes! Just leave your message at checkout and we’ll include it with your order — no pricing info is ever included in the box.
